What we collect
When you send an enquiry we store the details you type: your name, email address, phone number, the destination or package you asked about, approximate dates, number of travellers and your message. We also keep the date of the enquiry, the page you sent it from and a one-way hashed form of your IP address, used only to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on the trip you asked about. We do not sell your details.
Who can see it
Only authorised Travesco staff, through a password-protected administration area. If email notifications are enabled, a copy of the enquiry is sent to Travesco's business email address through our email provider.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, write to us at the email address shown on this site.
Cookies
The public website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Staff who sign in to the administration area receive a strictly necessary session cookie.
